After investigation and inspection the BOard finds that Barrie Evans is applying for an application ofor a building pexmit for a utility shed. The Board is nOt in ~aggreement with the reasoning of the applicant. The building proposed by the applicant is not a permitted use in this district. The Board also finds that there are insufficient side yards. The Board will g~ant an permitfor a utility building, provided it is no closer to the road than present building, and has at least 10 feet side yard. The "outhouse-toolshed" must be eliminated. Therefore, it was RESOLVED that Barrie Evans, 53 Kings Park Road, Commack, New York, be granted pemmission to get a permit for the present building on theproperty, as a utility building, subject to the building be 10 feet from the side property line, and not closer than it is now to the highway. The "outhouse- toolshed" is to be removed within 60 days after March 4, 1965.
