Zoning Appeals.
Enclosed for your reference is a Legal Notice advising of a Public Hearing scheduled for
Thursday, October 6, 2022 @ 10:50 AM for the above referenced property. It will be an
"In Person"meeting but the notice includes instructions of how to view and make
comment during the Public Hearing as it is happening via Zoom Webinar, as well as
information regarding the Town's Weblink/Laserfiche to review pending applications.
Laserfiche Instructions for Zoning Board of Appeals Records is also included, along with
a copy of the site plan prepared by Robert I. Brown Architect,P.C., dated June 2,2022 that is
being reviewed by the Board.

280 (Zoning), Town of Southold, the following "IN PERSON" public hearing will be held by the
SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold,
New York 11971-0959, on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2022:
