New York, parties of the first part; and JULIUS S. SKIREL and
JESSIE P. SKIREL, his wife, residing at (no #) Oregon Road,
Cutchogue, New York, parties of the second part.
W I T N E S E T H:
WHEREAS, the parties of the first part are owners in fee
simple of a parcel of land at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk~and State of New York, being more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of the
premises on the southerly side of Oregon Road
adjoining the northwesterly corner of land now or
formerly of the Society for the Propagation of Faith;
.running thence southerly along said land to land now
or formerly of Agnes McGunnigle; running thence
westerly and. southerly along said land now or formerly
of Agnes McGunnigle to land now or formerly of Thomas
Shalvey; running thence westerly along said land now
or formerly of Thomas Shalvey to land of Julius S.
Skirel and Jessie P. Skirel; running thence northerly along
said land of Skirel to the southerly side of Oregon
Road; thence easterly along the southerly side of Oregon
Road to the point or place of BEGINNING; and

~HEREAS, the parties of the second part are owners in fee
simple of a parcel of land at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
Bounded on the North by Oregon Road; on the
East by land of Simchick; on the South by lands of
Thomas Shalvey and late of Michael Cumisky; on the
West by land of Charles Hannabury; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to fix and definitely establish
the boundary line between the two parcels mentioned above
respectively owned by them.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, and the
sum of One Dollar by each of the parties hereto to the other in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, the parties for
themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors

BEGINNING at a monument on the southeasterly
side of Oregon Road distant 1277.31 feet southwesterly
as measured along the southeasterly side of Oregon
Road from the corner formed by the intersection of
the southeasterly side of Oregon Road and the
southwesterly side of Bridge Lane; from said point
of beginning running thence South 48° 07' 08" East
1889.20 feet to land of Thomas Shalvey.
The parties of the first part hereby remise, release and
quitclaim to the parties of the second part, their heirs and
assigns forever, all of their right, title and interest ~n and to
any land lying to the west of the boundary line so established.
The parties of the second part hereby remise, release and quitclai~
to the parties of the first part, their heirs and assigns forever,
all of their right, title and interest in and to any land lying
