BELZ, residing at 8 Eleanor Road, Plainview, New York 11803, party of the second part, of administration WITNESSETH, that whereas letter~ were issued to the party of the first part by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County,NewYork,on May 24, 1976, and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament. and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of Ten (10) dollars. and the distribution of the assets of the estate. paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assism of the party of the second part forever, a one-half (1/2) interest in AU.. that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, sitaate, lying and being in the Village of Matti tuck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a monument situate on the northerly side of Laurel Lake and the easterly side of lands now or formerly of Smith, and from said place of beginning RUNNING THENCE in a northeasterly direction along said last mentioned land, a distance of 250.00 feet to a road known as Laurel Way; THENCE in a southeasterly direction, a distance of 50.00 feet, more or less, along said Laurel Way; THENCE in a southerly direction 170.00 feet; THENCE in a westerly direction 210.00 feet to Laurel Lake; THENCE along the shores of Laurel Lake in a northerly and northwes- terly direction, a distance of 90.00 feet to the point or place of LOT BEGINNING.
