the very considerable e×pense~ IL mould also prevent
having to erect an eye sore on the pro~ertyo

Dear Mr. Fisher:
Your letter of December 7 was duly received
here in Florida.
Obviously, with no plans as yet developed for
the erection of a fence around my Fishers Island swim-
ming pool, I cannot submit same for your approval. I
will not be back north until May or June to give further
attention to this matter at which time I would expect to
be permitted a hearing before the Appeals Board.
Inasmuch as my pool has been covered since
August and out of use, I would presume it has not
been in violation. /f.
