RUNNING along said easterly line of Hickory Drive and along
other land of William N. and Harry E. Mason, North 12 degrees
08 minutes 10 seconds West, 349.62 feet to land now or formerly
of Petrucci;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Petrucci and along
the average center line of a gutter, two courses and distances:
