cient front and rear-yard setbacks, and New York Town Law Section

The Acting Chairman opened the hearing at 8:58 P.M. by reading
e applications for variances, legal notice of hearing and affi-
vits attesting to its publication in the local and official news-
pers, Notice of Disapproval from the Building Inspector and
tter from the Town Clerk that notification has been made to the

On August 17, 1982 at approximately 11:15 AM I visited
the sight of Reich Brothers garage on the east side of Rocky
Point Road, East Marion.
I did not observe any repair work being done outside the
building. There were many cars (a few without licenses) in
the front and side yards. Mr. Reich znformed me those cars
were awaiting final completion. This is h~s busy season. He
also showed me a few partly dismantled vehicles to the rear of
the building being held for spare parts or repair. There xs
a fence enclosing part of one szde yard and rear yard.
I took five pictures of the premises now occupied by
Reich Brothers garage and Agway fuel depot, owned by Ike
Edwards. (Section 031, Block 02, Lot 021.001)

a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or, in ink and submitted in triplicate to the Buildi
Inspector, with 3 sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premsses or pubhc streets
areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this applicatic
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before ~ssuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Buildmg Permit to the applicant. Such pern
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupan
shall have been granted by the Buildmg Inspector.
