Dear Harvey:
Relative to the matters disposed of in court Friday morning, I believe
that the following will indicate exactly what must be completed by
Harvey Bagshaw, Inc. to conform with the stipulation and plea bargainin~
~ 1. As to the westerly addition you must obtain a building
permit and C.C. on or before June 18, 1982. In order
for you to get the building permit you will require the
° building plans which you are going to prepare. You will
also require a final inspection for the C.O.
2. For the rear addition you must obtain a C.C. on or before
June 18, 1982. I believe the only thing necessary for
~C /that will be an inspection by the building department and
,~~ ~roduction of your underwriters certificate.
3. As to the easterly addition you will require a building
permit and C.C. on or before June 18, 1982. No plans
are necessary for this addition.
4. As to the fence, you must obtain a building permit on
or before June 18, 1982.
In all instances where you must obtain a C.O. you will have to file an
application of a C.C. with the building department. In some instances
where you require you will have to file the application for the building3
permit. In other cases where you require a building permit a previousl'
filed application may still surfice. In all instances I believe tha%
Curt will be able to give you the proper information.
If you have any questions please call me.
It is also most important that you contact me as soon as it becomes
apparent that you are going to have difficulty in complying with any
of these items.
