This opplicotior~ must be filJed in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in DUPLICATE to the Building inspector with the following; for new buildings or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of oil buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage dispOSalI(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrlo} buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, o certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board opprovot of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. The findings of the Board are that the applicant__has constructed an outstanding building, and it is appropriatel~_y locat~ed for the area. The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance will produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship; the hardship created is unique and would not be shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of the property and in the same use district; and the variance will not change tke character of the neighborhood and will obserVe the spirit of the Ordinance. On motion by Mr. Gillispie, seconded by Mr. Bergen, it was P~SOLVED that Raymond Kirsch, 1551 Williams Bridge Road, Bronx, New York, be GRANTED permission to construct an accessory building in the front yard area.
