Mr. Schutte at 1705 Henry's Lane and Sound View Ave - West, Peconic was given building permit # 9393 to build a fence on his lot # 36 of Peconic Homes. Mr. Hindermann went to inspect the fence and found some of the fence on Town property. He checked the records on this property to verify it is Town property. It was dedicated with Henry's Lane. Mr. Schutte and his attorney later contacted us. They had been given permission by the owner (not the Town) to erect the fence.
