Inspector with the following; for new buildings or new use;
1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and
unusual natural or topographic features.
2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal--(S-9 form or equal).
3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and
installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for
the building.
5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable.
B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Nan-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing"
land uses:
I. Accurate survey.of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural
or topographic features.

Dear Mr. Sokobin,
Last week I stopped at your summer home on Harbor Road,
Orient, N.Y. at that time I returned your check for $5.00
dated last September '77 to Mrs. Sokobin.
The steps from deck addition have been relocated and I
find that the risers have not been corrected. The permit for
deck addition has expired and it will be necessary to renew
this permit unless steps are corrected so that the Certificate
of Occupancy can be issued.
It was also noted that the spring on gate enclosure is not
strong enough to close gate each time. An additional spring or
heavier one may have to be installed.
I am dating this file ahead to 30 days this should give you
ample time to make these corrections.
We have your application for Certificate of Occupancy for deck
addition. I am enclosing applications for the pool and enclosure.
When you have made reqUired corrections please complete
application for pool and send fee in amount of $10.00 to cover
both certificates.
