The Purchaser and the bank giving him the mortgage have questioned the fact that the Certificate of Occupancy for the residence (#Z5412 dated August 30, 1973) does not include any reference to the garage, which apparently was part of the original building, and that Certificate of Occupancy #Z7026 dated May 12, 1976 for a private one family dwelling does not include any reference to the deck and addition, which is the purpose for which it was obtained. A later Certificate of Occupancy #11096 dated July 20, 1982 was issued for a second addition. I enclose a copy of the Certificates of Occupancy and the permit application for C.Oo #Z7026. After a review of your file, please indicate by your signature on the enclosed copy of this letter that: 1. C.O. #Z5412 includes the attached garage. 2.
