In accordance with the previsions of subdivision (c), Section 7, Article I of the Suffolk County Sanitary Code, the determination of the Board of Review is as follows: Based on the information submitted, the subject application be approved provided that a public water supply is installed and all minimum distances required by the Department standards are 'Followed. Since the determination of the Board of Review submitted to the Commissioner's office on March 20, 1975, has not been r~versed or modified by her, it is therefore deemed to be the determinat}on of the Commissioner.
