Cutchogue, NY April 5, 2021 RE: Soil Boring Site: Same Project#: 4575-21 Dear Dennis; Pursuant to your request, VESCIENCE advanced a soil boring at the above referenced site to groundwater or ten feet; whichever is encountered first. The purpose of the boring is to determine the depth to groundwater and sub- surface conditions. The soil boring was advanced to ten feet utilizing a decontaminated stainless-steel hand auger. A soil-boring log was completed and is attached to this report along with a site plan indicating the boring location. The boring location was chosen due to the fact it is the area of the proposed pool. Groundwater was not encountered within 10 feet below grade surface (bgs).
