The inspection covered the framing for the new front deck structure. The areas inspected included the structural frame of the new deck. The framing work included support and floor joist systems and the handrails. The inspection results are: Items inspected included lumber type/grade, lumber size, dimensional spacing, framing connections,bearing, strapping and integration with the concrete foundation. The framing work was done according to approved plans and in compliance with the applicable sections of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town Building Codes. Result-The framing work, as verified by field inspection on March 24 and April 7. 2021 is compliant with all applicable codes.
