This letter is to inform you that we have submitted a zoning board application for property located at
2285 Little Neck Road (STCM 1000-103.-10-1). The application will go before the Zoning Board of
Appeals at a public hearing on Thursday,October 6,2022 at 10:20am. The purpose of this application is
not to request approval for any new construction, but to obtain the required variance to approve work
completed before we took ownership of the property.
Enclosed,you will find a copy of the Legal Notice,which summarizes the application requests. Also
enclosed are instructions for Laserfiche/Weblink so you can view our pending application. Lastly,
enclosed is a survey of the property and an"as-built"drawing of the improvement.
Written comment can be submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals via email to Kim Fuentes at
