briefly address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment;
the public will also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business

RESOLUTIONS
Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the
public to speak on the following resolutions.
567. 567. Authorize and direct Town Clerk Elizabeth Neville to advertise for a member
of the Board of Trustees Employee Health Benefit Fund.
568. 568. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2001 budget to
appropriate funds for Police C.E. miscellaneous supplies.
569. 569. Authorize and direct Town Clerk Elizabeth Neville to re-advertise for Land
Preservation Members.
570. 570. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2001 budget for
beach and lifeguard supplies.
571. 571. Accept the bid of Crowley Construction to supply labor, material, and
equipment for new beach access stairway at Sound Drive, Greenport.
572. 572. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to sign an agreement with Crowley
Construction.

Activities for Seniors" (MAPS) to the AARP Andrus Foundation under their
Innovation Grant Program.
583. Appoint Alan Thibodeau temporarily to the position of Deputy Emergency
Preparedness coordinator for Fishers Island.
584. Set 7:32 p.m., August 28, 2001, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place
for a public hearing on "A Local Law in Relation to Changing an Existing Yield
