Albertson is hereby authorized to give notice in the local paper and post signs at'the Town Dump regulating the tieing and/or packaging of papers deposited in the Town Dump, Cutchogue, L.I.,N.Y. An invitation to bid on 6½ acres of property at Fishers Island, N.Y. was received from General Administration. After discussion the Town Board'and also E. Perry Edwards, Justice of the Peace of Fishers Island decided that the Town Board should not submit a bid on the pr~operty. A letter was received from Senator Barrett regarding land at New Suffolk, N.Y.. He informedthe Board that he had not been in contact with the AttorneyGeneral's Office in an effort to expedite a discussion on the prDperty. Supervisor Albertson informed the Board that aerial photos were avail- able through U. S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Stabiliz- ation and.Conservation Service and the Board authorized Supervisor Albertson ro order necessary ph~tographs to complete the area of the Town of Southold. PARK DISTRICT IN SAID TOWN. The faith and credit of said Town of Southold, Suffolk county, New York, are hereby irrovocably pledged for the payment of the princiPal af and interest on. such bonds as the same become due and payable. There shall be annually assessed upon all the taxable real ~rope~y in sa~id Cutch0gue-New Suffolk Park District, at ~the same time and in the same manner as other town charges, an amount sufficient to pay said principal and interest as the same become due and payable, but if not paid from such source, all the taxable real property within said Town ~sha!l. subject to the levy of ad valorem taxes without limitations as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on said SECTION 5. The validitY of such bonds may be contested only if~: 1) Such bonds are authorized for an object or purpose for which, s&id: Town is not authorized to expend money, or 21) .The provisions of law which should be complied with at the publication of this resolution are not substantially complied with~ and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is co~enced within twenty days after the date of such~publication, or 3) Such bonds are authorized in violation of the provisions of .the Constitution. SECTION 7. Section 1. Section 4 of Chapter 615 of the Laws of 1893, as last amended by Chapter 404 of the laws. of 1952, is hereby amended to read as follows: Section4. The Town BOard of the Town of Southold shall fix, from time to time, the salaries of the members of the Board of Trustees and determine when the same may be payable. Section 2. ANNUAL REPORT - 1961 (Report of Planning Board-See Page 15) The Southold Town Planning Board wishes to report that they have held 15 meetings this year, 1961..~We have met with the Town Board and Board ~ of Appeals on three occasions. The Planning Board held five p'ublic hearings on the questionof approval of ;subdivision plats and all five were approved. The Board has held approximately 50 informal discussions and action was taken ~n all cases. The Planning Board has investigated and made recommendations to the Town Board on 16 change of zone applications. The Building Inspector. collected and turned over to the Supervisor $375.00 in connection with'these~applic- ations for change of zone. One.change of zone was made on the Town~.Beard's own motion, therefore no fee was required. There have been six formal applications' for subdivisions, and $238,..00 in fees have been turned over to the Supervisor by the' Building Inspector-.. On December 16, 1961 Messrs.
