It is my understanding after talking to you on the telephone concerning this matter~ that you will complete these applications and submit them to the Building Department in order to obtain a proper building permit and a subsequent certificate of occupancy. I am enclosing a letter dated July 17, 1975~ ~hat I received from Mr. Hindermann regarding the violations at this house.
