less than 2/10 of 1% lead.
5. 'Commercial building, industrial building, multiple residences and similar buildings
and installations, a certificate of Code Compliance from architect or engineer
responsible for the building.
6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.
For existing buildings (prior to April 9, 1957) non-conforming uses, or buildings and

1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, building and
unusual natural or topographic features.
2. A properly completed application and a consent to inspect signed by the applicant.
If a Certificate of Occupancy is denied, the Building Inspector shall state the
reasons therefor in writing to the applicant.

Enclosed herewith please find the following:
1. Accplication for building permit to renovate upstairs
for two bedrooms.
2. Copy of survey prepared by Young and Young dated
September 9, 1975.
Please be advised that this house was built pursuant to
building permit #8038Z issued on June 30, 1975 for which
Certificate of Occupancy #CO Z6676 was issued on September
12, 1975 (first floor only). I have been advised by the
owner that in approximately 1976, a year later, the upstairs
was finished with two bedrooms. Apparently, the upstairs
had been insulated and had some electric service when the
original CO was issued. She was advised by the builder who
renovated the upstairs that no building permit was necessary
for the renovation. She is now in the process of selling
the house and we need a CO for the upstairs, and accordingly
the buildin§ permit for the upstairs is enclosed. The
application fee of $75.00 is also enclosed herewith, and the
CO fee of $25.00. A dormer addition/bathroom was built
under building permit #18217Z issued June 15, 1989 and CO
#Z18949 was issued.
Please note that I have enclosed the survey of Alden Young
dated September 9, 1975 in which there is shown a sundeck.
The owner has advised me that the sundeck was there when the
original house was constructed and obviously, CO Z6676 which
was issued on September 12, 1975 does not include the deck.
I am enclosing herewith an additional check in the sum of
$50.00 for an updated CO to reflect the deck.
Please arrange to inspect the house with the owner Joan
Scott !298-9419). She has advised me that~e upstairs has
a working smoke.detector. If there is a~thing further you
need please advise my office. /
