Any further removal of trees will have a negative environmental impact. Please note,four.of the trees were set to be removed for the sanitary field that is being installed,three have been removed and there is one more that needs to be removed for the sanitary. We also had trees that needed to be removed for the electrical and water lines being connected from the street to the house.These areas are shown on the approved stamped plans that is on file. Other trees were removed from the property because of previous storm damage to the canopies,trunks and barks of the trees,All the trees were either dead, snapped in half or extremely top heavy from previous storm winds.The existing trees are/were precariously Leaning over the neighbors'properties, roadway and the residence at 1175 Champlin Place.
