Cc: Honorable Lori Hulse, Attorney Cantrell, Elizabeth From: Cantrell, Elizabeth Sent: Tuesday, September 13, 2022 9:36 AM To: 'Robert Anderson' Subject: 18975 Soundview Avenue, LLC application Good Morning, The Board asked I contact you in regards to the above referenced application. Last night the Board reviewed your latest plans submitted and they are requesting that you make a revision to the plans. The Board does not want to see the proposed return just end at the west property line. The Board is requesting that on the west end of the proposed revetment you create an angled return, not a 90 degree hard turning return but a return that angles inland to help minimize the disturbance the revetment may cause the neighbor to the west. On the east side of the proposed revetment please add in a note onto the plan that the revetment will tie into the existing structure to the east. If you can revise the plans and either submit two sets of them before 12:OOPM tomorrow or bring the two set of revised plans to the meeting with you tomorrow night, the Board will proceed with this application. If you have any questions regarding this, please don't hesitate to ask. 6 , Senior Office Assistant Town of Southold Board of Trustees Office: 631.765.1892 Email: elizabethc@southoldtownny.gov 1 Suffolk Environmental Consulting, Inco Newman Village - Suite E g 2310 Main Street F PO Box 2003 a Bridgehampton NY 11932-2003 t 631.537.5160 f 631.537.5291 Bruce Anderson,M.S.,President HAND DELIVERED E C E V E September 101h, 2022 ""--" S E P 1 2 2022 Board of Trustees Town of Southold SC;it',olt own P.O.
