We now can issue your Certificate of Occupancy for a Non- Conforming Private One Family Dwelling. Non-conforming, being that dwelling use is no longer permitted in B Zone. You may use it as a dwelling as long as you do not have it vacant for two consecutive years. If so, it then can only be used for B Zone use.
