�.y j WITNESSETH, that the parry of the fust part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the parry of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
r1 ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York at Mattituck, and
bounded and described as follows:" onthe'north by land of H.H.
Tuthill and land of Frank D. Peterson; on the east by Factory
Road; on the south by land of Nicholas Bakouski; and on the
DISTRICT west by land of William H. Tuthill; containing one-half acre.,

SECTION AS WELL AS ALL that tract or parcel of land situated in the Village
122.00 of Nlattituck, Townof Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows: On the North by
BLOCK land of David Sleight; on the east by the Highway known as
02.00 Factory Road; on the South by land of the said Mary E. Roach,
and on the West by land of William Tuthill, being about three
LOT (3) rods on the Factory Road, and about thirteen rods in depth,
017.000 containing about one-quarter (1/4) of an acre, be the same more
or less.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated August 16,1982, recorded
September 17, 1982, in Liber 9243, at page 210.
TOGETHER with all right, tide and interest, if any, of the parry of the first p t in and S any sheets and

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHE >atteaawcn
all the estate and rights of the parry of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the parry of the
second part forever.
AND the party of the fust part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the parry of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same fust to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall he construed as if it read "parties whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parry of the first part has duly executed th's deed the day and year first above
written.
