Dear Ms. LaRocca:
This office is in receipt of the request sent via email from Jonathan Shipman of
Shamrock Tree Company to remove a number of broken and hollowed out trees
that are located on your property as soon as possible. Trustee Glenn Goldsmith
reviewed the emailed request with attached photographs and also performed an
inspection on July 20, 2022 and determined that the request to remove the
broken and hollowed out trees may be performed without the requirement of a
permit from this office.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Just spoke to Jonathan Shipman—who said that he explained this situation to the both of you? That he feels like this is a
dangerous situation being that there
is a park next door....
The trees, he explained, are hanging over the park. The property owner at 1580 is an elderly woman who does not have
a computer and lives elsewhere.
Not sure how you want to handle this.

I spoke to Nick Krupski and Glenn a little while ago about these trees. I would like to get the broken ones down
