Good morning Elizabeth.
You may recall I stopped at your office about two weeks ago to briefly discuss this project. The proposal
would involve a creating a second story addition to the garage portion of the existing Historic house and
some related fagade improvements. It has been brought to my attention that we could, on behalf of the
Owner, request a meeting, on-site, with all or some of the Trustees for a pre-Application Inspection (and
further understand there is a,$50 fee for this). I was informed that the next potential date would be
Tuesday August Stn That date would work for us.
If anything more formal than this email request is required to request that site meeting, please let me
know.
In the interim, I am attaching for your reference
• Updated Survey including indication of the Coastal Erosion Hazard Line
• Two photos of the existing house: View from Street,View from Water
