TEL. ~65-2660 November 2~ 1976 Dear Sirs Your letter of Nov 23 received. · Please be advised: Complete enclosure.of the swimming is required by ordinance~ fencing must be a minimum of four ($) feet high and openings not over two inches (2") and self closing and self latching gates at all openings. Chain Link fencing reco~nended, You may enclose as much or as little as you wish as long as it is a complete enclosure. To date no exceptions have been granted on pool enclosures, as trespassers~ animals etc ~an always be a problem. Any of the licensed local contractors on Fishers Island can erect the required fencing if you wish.
