from said point of beginning;
running thence North 180 07' 30" West along the easterly line of
said 24 foot right-of-way known as Raccoon Road, a distance of 125.0
feetto a concrete monument;
running thence North 710 52' 30" East along other lands of William
H. Wertenberg, a distance of 153.37 feet to a concrete monument;
running thence South 220 30' East along lands now or formerly of
Kenneth Ramsauer, a distance of 125.36 feet to a concrete monument
set on the northerly line of said 24 foot right-of-way known as Fox
Hollow Road;
running thence South 710 52' 30" West along the northerly line of
said 24 foot right-of-way known as Fox Hollow Road, a distance of
162.93 feet to the concrete monument set at the point or place of
