to a monument;
THENCE along other land now or formerly of Mary E. Pylko north

in a certain deed dated May 2. 1959 from Mary E. Pylko to
Arthur G. Overholt and Sara J. Overholt, his wife, and recorded
in the office of the Clerk ' of the County of Suffolk on
