Light required for stairway with controls for safe ascent and descent. Furnace room, insufficient venting, vesting of this room shall be made to the exterior in accordance with N.F.P.A. standards (New York State Code - General Building Construction. See C 504-2.7 b.) 4. Smoke stack connection to chimney from furnace needs correction. Since this building is in use and occupied, we request that these corrections be made without delay.
