~hank you for drawing to my attention that the cesspool drains have DDt been
properly covered. I paid Grefe Contract/ng to close these, arrange for the
inspection by the Health Department and totally cover up the holes last y~_~.
I have re-oontacted Grefe Contracting, Jacky Grefe, who said this matter will
be attended to this week.
A~ain, I appreciate your drawing this to my attention and ~1 take your suggestion
of posting no trespassing signs.

Dear Ms. Ehlers:
We have received a complaint in this office that the
cesspools are not properly covered on the premises you
own at 2850 Deep Hole Drive, Mattituck, New York. Upon
inspection I found that the covers for the drain pools
were not in place. There were five drain pools and each
pool is uncovered. While the pools are not very deep, it
would be advisable to cover them in the event somebody
should fall through one of the openings. However, I
would not suggest you have the back filling done until such
time as the Health Department has had a chance to inspect
this installation.
It would appear that your property is being used since these
pools were not noticeable from the road. It would be advis-
able in view of this to have no trespassing signs posted to
discourage any unauthorized use of your premises.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, kindly call
this office.

Inspector, with 3 ~ of plans, accurate plot plan to esale. Fee according to schedule. '
b. Plot plan showing location of iot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and giving a detailed description of layout ofpraperty must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this application.
c. The Work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection thrOUghout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used Jn whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
