The steps from deck addition have been helocated smd I find that the risers have not been corrected~ The permit for deck addition has expired and it will be necessary to renew this permit unless steps are corrected .o that the Certificate of Occupancy can be issued. / ' It was also noted that the spring on ga~e enclosure is not strong enough to close gate each time. An additional spring or heavier one may have to be installed, this I am dating this file ahead to 30 days should give you ample time to make these corrections. We have your application for Certificate of Occupancy for deck addition. I am enclosing applications for Che pool and enclosure. I This is to inform you that you will be requi~ed to correct the bearing of the four beams where they are tied in~o building. The bearing should be at least four inches on each beam. Also, the securing of the deck to the building musk be improved upon. These corrections must be made before a Certificate of Occupancy is issued as required by the Zoning Ordinance. It is also noted that construction of a swimming pool in front yard area is underway. An application for albuilding permit, da%ed September 8, 1976, is on file in this Office. To date, no one has picked up the building permit as required before any construction begins. I jected to any use.
