PRIOR to the making of this deed the grantor was the owner in fee of
an undivided two-thirds (2/3)`interest in the premises, and each
grantee was the owner in fee of an undivided one -ninth (1/9) interest
in the premises. It is the intention of the grantor by the making of
the instant deed to convey so much of his property so that each grante
will now own an undivided two -ninths (2/9) interest in the premises,
with the grantor retaining'an undivided one-third (1/3) interest in
the property.
