He would like to s ell all of Lot 5 and part of Lot 4 with a frontage on Olejulane of 160 feet. This would leave him Lot 3 and part of Lot 4 with a frontage of approximately 90 feet on Olejulane. In Appeal No. 40 dated December 9" 1957, you granted hilll a variance for Lot No.4.
