Dear Mr. Wickham I
Reply1ng to your letter ot December 19th enclosing
a map tor II bert Zanowskl who now owns lots 3, 4i and 5'
and would 1lke to s.ll allot lot 5' and part ot ot 4
and trontage on Ole julane ot 160 tt.
We believe that the varlance granted on December 9,
195'7 on Appeal No. Ito on lot No. It would not properly
apply to the tranaaction proposed in your letter. The
Board 18 ot the opinlon that a separate app1lcation tor
a variance to cover the new proposal should be tiled
statlng the reasoning involved ln the appllcation.
Very truly yours,

I am enclosing a map made for Albert Zanowski who now owns lots 3,
4 and 5. He would like to s ell all of Lot 5 and part of Lot 4 with a
frontage on Olejulane of 160 feet. This would leave him Lot 3 and part
of Lot 4 with a frontage of approximately 90 feet on Olejulane.
In Appeal No. 40 dated December 9" 1957, you granted hilll a
variance for Lot No.4. Please advise whether you consider this adequate
for him to make the sale set forth above and retain the remaining 90 feet.
