Cutchogue, on the Oregon Road, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County

Sound; Easterly by land of Joseph Zazetski and partly by land of

Josephine Zanieski, his wife, and recorded at the Suffolk County Clerk s
Office on June 4, 1973 in Liber 7410 of Conveyances at Page 178 .
AND FURTHER EXCEPTING, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,
with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the northerly side of Oregon Road distant 218
feet easterly from the easterly line of land now or formerly of Alex

corner of the premises hereinafter described and the southeasterly
