Y. 11550 Building Permit %7442Z Dear Sir: On July 26, 1974 this building permit was issued for an additiSn to dwelling owned by you on the east side of Silvemere Road, bounded by property owned by Mr. Jurzenia. No construction has been added to this dwelling and permit has expired. We note, however, that additions were made to two buildings on the property you own on the southwest side of Silvermere Road for which we have no record of permits ever being issued. An inspection made of premises indicates setback of cottage on the northwest corner of lot is question- able due to addition made to north end of building. We request that you apply for building permits as required by statute, and furnish an up to dat~ survey showing all structures in their present state as they are lo~ated on this property. Kindly c.omply without delay since this violates Zoning Ordinance, Article XIV, Section 100-141. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit. d.
