The workscope of the Final Amended application is based on discussions at pre- application meetings, a HPC site visit, Applicant followup and HPC determination regarding the status of Willow Terrace as a private street. The initial application provided all fagade views regardless of public or private street jurisdictional criteria. The Applicant researched the Willow Terrace subdivision and identified Willow Terrace Lane opposite the southern fagade of the subject property, as a private road incorporated into private properties of the subdivision. Accordingly, the HPC defined their jurisdiction and limited the scope of the application to present only the North and East Facades. Upon further research and confirmation from the Town Planning Department, the Applicant demonstrated to the HPC that Willow Terrace, opposite the east fagade, was a private road as well as Willow Terrace Lane. However, at this time, the HPC has determined that their earlier determination, North and East facades only, remains unchanged and represents this Final Amended Application. --Barbara J. They respond to the request by HPC for CAD generated plans that include property survey, zoning calculations, fagade elevations with detailed notes and schedules, as well as plan views and photographs. In sum, the proposed project reflects the replacement of existing or installation of new windows, entry doors, garage door, trim, roofing and siding shingles to the existing house and to the new building area and the reconfiguration of the garage roof.
