particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Lutheres Road, also known as Breakwater Road,
which point or place of beginning lies the following five courses and distances from the
southerly end of the are of a curve located at the intersection of the westerly side of Luthers
Road, also known as Breakwater road and Stanley road:
