36 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Moose Cove at East Cutchogue",and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
County of Suffolk on August 30, 1960,as Map No, 3230.
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Moose Trail, distant 276.97 feet westerly from the comer formed
by the intersection of the southerly side of Moose Trail with the westerly side of Little Neck Road;
RUNNING THENCE Southerly 12 degrees 35 minutes 10 seconds East 222.63 feet to a point;
