ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State
of New York,and known and designated as Plots Numbered 1,2 and the adjoining easterly 10 feet of Plot Number 3 in
Block B,as shown on a certain Map made July 22, 1930, by Daniel B. Young, P.E.and L.S., entitled"Map of Reydon
Shores,Inc., Bayview, L.1., N.Y., in the Town of Southold,Suffolk County,N.Y.", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County, Riverhead, New York on July 2, 1931,as Map Number 631 which said Lots and Part of Lot when taken
together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set in the northerly end of the arc of a curve connecting the northwesterly side of Oak Drive
with the northeasterly side of West Shore Drive and from said point or place of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE North 49 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 55.00 feet to land(now or formerly)of
Heffernan;
RUNNING THENCE North 40 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds East, along said land 188.00 feet to the Peconic Bay;
THENCE South 48 degrees 55 minutes 47 seconds East 65.01feet to the northwesterly side of Oak Drive;
RUNNING THENCE South 40 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds West and along the northwesterly side of Oak Drive a
distance of 177.0 feet to a point;
THENCE along an arc of a curve connecting the northwesterly side of Oak Drive with the northeasterly side of West Shore
Drive bearing to the right having a radius of 10.00 feet and a length of 15.71 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
THE POLICY TO BE ISSUED under this commitment will insure the title to such buildings and improvements on the
premises which by law constitute real property.
