o. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submilted in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings an premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this location.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole. or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.

(1) STRICT APPLICATION of the Ordinance would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP
because: Entire development ( filed map G.I.Tuthill) is based OD;
(2) The hardShip created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties
alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use
district because: a corner lot
lots of 50 foot front X 150 foot deep. Lots purchased in July of 1956
We own other lots adjourning this lot # 33, on sixth street, same
development.
We wish to center this proposed house ( 28' X 48' overall) nearly
as possible on this lot.
