Dear Sir:
Enclosed herewith is violation notice for the work you per-
formed for the above as an unlicensed contractor. In order to
remedy this violation, you will be required to make application
by statute, Local Law ~41975 (form enclosed herewith).
Also, issuance of Home Improvement Contractors License will be
subject to review since a complaint has been lodged by above in
that you have not made installation as agreed with the necessary
§elf-closing, self-latchin~ gate hardware on swi~ing pool fence
enclosure.
This fence requirement is a zoning violation and upon failure to
comply with the Zoning and licensing laws of the Town of Southold
within time set on notice a court action will be started against
you.

3 sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule,
b. Pict plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or areas, and
giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on diagram which is part of this application.
c, The work covered by th~s application mav not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit shall be kept on
the premises available for inspection throughout the work,
