from Naugles Drive, S. 74053`10" W. 302.70 feet along said center line from the
westerly line of Naugles Drive, said "point of beginning being the northwesterly
corner of land of Klymko' and the souti-ieasterly corner of land of Munro, from said
point of beginning running, along said land of Klymko, S. 18040110" E. 113.58 feet
to land of Leogrande; thence along said land of Lzogrande, S. 73013'30" W. 229.47
feet to land of Irma,Vignes; thence along said land of Irma Vignes, N. 13040'14"
W. 100.20 feet to said land of Muinro and said center line; thence along said land
of Munro, being along said center line N. 74°53'10" E. 228.24 feet to the point of
beginning
TOGETHER a right-of-way 20 feet in width, the centerline of which begins at
,the northeasterly corner of the premises and runs N. 74053'10" E. 302.70 feet to the
westerly line of Naugles Drive; also with aright -of -way 10 feet in width adjoining
the northerly line of the premises, the southerly line of which is the northerly
boundary of the premises.
SUBJECT to a right-of-way 10 feet in width across the northerly end of the premises,
the northerly line of which is the northerly boundary of the premises.
The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed by Arnold Golz and
Helen Golz, his wife, as mortgagors, to Southold Savings Bank as mortgagee, which
r(tortgage is dated July 17, 1967 and was recorded on July 21, 1967 in the Suffolk Count-,
Clerk's Office in Liber 5190 of mortgages at page 179 on which mortgage there is now
due the sum of $2,158.11.
Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second partforever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything wherebythe
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
And the ?arty of the first part, in with Section 13 of the Lien Law,; covenants 'that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purposeof paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of the -improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
