Zabohonski; south by H. Zabohonski; and west by P. Nitre. I saw the beginning of a foundation for a dwelling in the form of footings which were completed. A short time after we arrived on the premises a station wagon arrived and the driver introduced himself to George Fisher and myself as Dick Foyle, the contractor for the proposed dwelling on this property. We instructed him in the form of · verbal order not to proceed any further with this construction since his application for a Building Permit had been disapproved. He agreed he would not proceed any further until all the regulations for a Building Permit,as required by The Town of Southold, had been met since he did not want to be in- volved in any complications. Before visiting the Duff property I hand delivered an envelope to Mr. Fred Grebe, member of the Planning Board, which was addressed to Mr. Richard Foyle and contained a letter of disapproval of application for Building Permit of proposed dwelling for Thomas Duff on these premises, along with the check for fee.
