LINDSAY and R.EGINIA LINDSAY, his wife, and PECONIC HOMES CORP., being the owners of certain land in Mattituck, Town of Southold,; Suffolk County, New York, and included within which land are proposed highway known as EASTWARD COURT, "DRAINAGE o 1g3 EASEMENT" and "RESERVED AREA" described in the above entitled matter dated September 29th 1982; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in i hand paid by Raymond C. Dean, Superintendent of Highways of said Town of Southold,, and in further consideration of laying out of the new highway y known as EASTWARD; COURT, "DRAINAGE EASEMENT" and "RESERVED AREA" do hereby release and dedicate to the Town of Southold all the land heretofore owned by us within aid proposed highway as follows: 1. The highway is known as EASTWARD COURT, "DRAINAGE EASE- MENT" and RESERVED AREA", as shown and designated on a certain map entitled "Map of Eastward Manor", 'situate in Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 21, 1971, as map Number 5606. rr v i p ARTHUR J.
