SIGNORELLI, his wife, and PECONIC 0 - HOMES ' ti ?P., being the owners of certain land in 7 Ttituck, Town of old, Suffolk County, New York, and included within which land are proposed highway known as EASTWARD COURT, "DRAINAGE EASEMENT" and "RE- SERVED AREA" described in the above entitled matter dated October 14� 197f NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid by Raymond C. Dean, Superintendent of Highways of-s-ffi.d Town of Southold, and in further consideration of laying out of the new highway known as EAS'T'WARD COURT, "DRAINAGE EASEMENT" and "RESERVE119REA" do hereby release and dedicate to the Town of Southold all of the land heretofore owned by us within said proposed highway as follows: _ 1. The highway is known as EASTWARD COURT, "DRAINAGE EASE- MENT" and "RESERVED AREP, as shown and designated on a certain map entitled "Map of Eastward Manor", situate in Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 21, 1971 as map Number 5606. -1- RECORDED 1- RECQRDED: DEC 6 Iy63 ARTHUR J.
