SCTM#1000-19-2-6.1. d) Resolution: Cutchogue Fire District, 260 New Suffolk Road, Cutchogue, NY RESOLVED, that the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Southold, pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), hereby declare itself Lead Agency in regards to the application of the Cutchogue Fire Department; Located: 260 New Suffolk Road, Cutchogue, NY SCTM#1000-102.-6-5; RESOLVED, that the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Southold hereby finds that the application of the Cutchogue Fire Department located at 260 New Suffolk Road, Cutchogue, NY; more particularly known as SCTM#1000-102.-6-5, is classified as an Unlisted Action pursuant to SEQRA Rules and Regulations; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Southold hereby authorizes the preparation of a Notice of Negative Declaration pursuant to SEQRA for the aforementioned project.
