Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposal is CONSISTENT with LWRP Policies and with the LWRP. 1. This is a continuation of a permit on a property issued in 2020. At the time the action was recommended as inconsistent with the LWRP. The issuance of the permit had to find the action consistent. 2. The new work is minor and is recommended as consistent. 3. Turbidity controls should be shown on the survey. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
