In accordance with our previous discussions, enclosed please
find a letter prepared by Angel B. Chorno, Architect which
describes the addition constructed pursuant to a building permit
#5294 dated May 13, 1971. The Murcheck house which was constructed
pursuant to a permit #303 dated May 1, 1958 as a summer residence
was converted to a year round dwelling in 1971. Attached for your
convenience.
Mrs. Murcheck, surviving spouse and her daughter Claire Blair
are selling the house and the buyers wish to be assured that the
building department records reflect that the house is presently a
year round single family dwelling and not an unheated summer
dwelling.
If there is anything else you require please let me know. I
have personally inspected the house and the existing conditions of
the house appear to be as constructed in 1958 and 1971. If you
wish to make your own inspection I have the key and can provide you
with access.

By this letter, I affirm that above referenced house 1971 addition contains a
bathroom, laundry and mechanical room with a hot water tank and a
furnace.
It was converted, in 1971, from a seasonal dwelling, to year around
dwelling under permit # 5294.
It met the NYS Code in place at the time.
