o. This opplicotion must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted in duplicote to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to.adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this location.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.

is requested for the reason that ; This is a non-conforming business, begun or
established before zoning took effect~ It is necessary to have more
storage room for machinery and equipment.

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because
This machinery will deterioate rapidly if not kept under cover,
and this company's ~building progrsm was notcomplete at the time the
zoning ordinance was adopted.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because : This 'Is a non-conformin§ use
serving a large agricultural area with necessary supplies and service.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because t ]~t 'is located in an open area~ on a large
lot and not close to any residence or dwellings.
